Contribution notices have been mailed to the address on file for all those whose contribution in 2025 exceeded $250. If your contribution was below this amount and you would like a contribution statement or if you have any questions, please reach out to us at [email protected].

As a reminder, if you wish to receive a full or partial refund of your available dividends, you must send a written request each year by December 15th.
