The Annual Meeting of the Members of the American Bar Endowment will be held in Denver at the Convention Center in the Mile High Ballroom on Monday, August 7, 2023 at 8:45 a.m. The agenda includes the election of two Board members. The Nominating Committee has put forth the following nominations: for a second five-year term, Michael E. Flowers of Columbus, Ohio and to fill the vacancy created by the departure of Carolyn B. Lamm, Kevin L. Shepherd of Baltimore, Maryland for a five-year term.
